Comfortable, newly constructed apartments of 32 m² are located directly in the historical center of the city, approx. 30 m from the castle of Melnik, in the pedestrian zone in Svatovaclavska street, which was recently completely reconstructed, in the listed building. Apartments are silent, comfortably and completely furnished and you can spend there a calm night and relax during business trip, during the week-end or family holidays. HISTORICAL apartment (32 m²) with vaults is at the ground floor oriented to the garden. It is ideal for 1 - 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 - 2 children. It contains:

living room: two-bed, sofa with folding bed (possibility of two extra beds), table, sitting, furniture, TV+SAT, internet connection (WIFI for free),
completely equiped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, glass-ceramic cooking plate, microwave cooker, hot pot, all dishes),
sanitary facilities,
sitting outside available with the possibility of barbecue (broiler and carbon available).

PROVENCAL apartment (32 m² - 50 m²) equipped by white furniture is in the 1st floor, it is destinated for 1 - 5 adults or up to 3 adults and 2 children. It contains:

living room: two-bed, sofa (possibility of extra bed), table, sitting, furniture, TV+SAT, internet connection (WIFI for free),
completely equiped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, microwave cooker, hot pot, all dishes),
sanitary facilities.

If more than 3 guests arrive, this apartment has a further room at disposal.

Children till 15 years are accomodated for free. We can offer you for free a bed for baby till 3 years.

We offer discounts for longer-term stays.

Parking is for free, it is possible directly inside the house or on the near square guarded by camera (parking card is at your disposal).

We can keep in locked space your motor-bikes or bicycles.

We can offer you a breakfest which is served directly to the apartment at hour according to your choice. Coffee and tea is available for free in apartments. There is also a small bar at your disposal containing drinks and typical vines from Melnik.

We can not accept credit cards.

In the proximity of apartments there is the castle, church, famous ossuary, regional muzeum, directly in Svatovaclavska street are several renowned restaurants. Surroundings of Melnik offers a lot of opportunities for recreation. During your visit we can provide you any more detailed information about Melnik and possibilities of excursions in the neighbourhood.
